This optional plan protects you from unexpected costs and ensures your instrument is always in peak playing condition.

Level-up Rental LEVEL 1:  Instruments priced up to $49/mo

What’s Included:

• Replacement: Replacement protection if your instrument is stolen or destroyed (by fire, flood, etc.).

• Comprehensive Repairs: All general maintenance, accidental damage repairs, and mechanical adjustments are covered.

• Zero Labor Costs: Repairs are performed by our expert technicians at no cost to you.

The Details:

1. This program is optional; without it, the renter is fully responsible for all repair and replacement costs.

2. All services must be performed by Bert Murdock Music or our authorized facilities.

3. Does not cover intentional abuse, negligence, cosmetic restoration (finish), or consumable accessories (reeds, strings, etc.).
